Please confirm your dates are available, then click "Buy Now" below to pay the $200.00 deposit to reserve your dates or Contact Us to reserve your dates and arrange other payment methods.

We will follow up by sending you a detailed rental agreement and the rules and regulation to sign and return to lock in your dates. Rental amounts are then generally due in 2 equal installments with the first due 60 days prior to your vacation and the last payment due 30 days before your vacation. Your door code will be e-mailed 14 days prior to your vacation once all rental amounts have been received. The original $200 deposit will be refunded to you after check-out inspection is complete with no damage found.

Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.

Spring ........ Mar 13-Apr 2 ..  $700/wk
Spring Break .. Apr 3-Apr 30 ..  $775/wk
Late Spring ... May 01-May 28 .. $875/wk
Early Summer .. May 29-Jun 18 .. $1200/wk
Summer ........ Jun 19-Aug 13 .. $1550/wk
Late Summer ... Aug 14-Sep 3  .. $1150/wk
Fall .......... Sep 4-Oct 1   .. $775/wk
Winter ........ Oct 2-Mar 18  .. $575/wk .. $1000/mo Oct-Mar or $1500 Apr/Sept

Weekly rental rates include departure cleaning fee, but do not include 12% sales tax.

Linens available for an additional nominal charge.
