Please confirm your dates are available, then click "Buy Now" below to pay the $200.00 deposit to reserve your dates or Contact Us to reserve your dates and arrange other payment methods.

We will follow up by sending you a detailed rental agreement and the rules and regulation to sign and return to lock in your dates. Rental amounts are then generally due in 2 equal installments with the first due 60 days prior to your vacation and the last payment due 30 days before your vacation. Your door code will be e-mailed 14 days prior to your vacation once all rental amounts have been received. The original $200 deposit will be refunded to you after check-out inspection is complete with no damage found.

Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.

Spring ........ Mar 17-Mar 30 ..  $700/wk | Weekly rates include departure
Spring Break .. Mar 31-Apr 27 ..  $800/wk | cleaning fee.  All rates
Late Spring ... Apr 28-Jun 1 .. $900/wk | do not include 12% taxes.
Early Summer .. Jun 2-Jun 15 .. $1200/wk | $200 Security Deposit required.
Summer ........ Jun 16-Aug 17 .. $1575/wk | Linens available for a nominal charge
Late Summer ... Aug 18-Aug 31 .. $1200/wk | Summer Weekly rentals are Saturday
Fall .......... Sep 1-Oct 1   .. $800/wk | to Saturday.
Winter ........ Oct 2-Mar 15  .. $575/wk .. $900/mo Oct-Mar

Weekly rental rates include departure cleaning fee, but do not include 12% sales tax.

Linens available for an additional nominal charge.
